We started to build the vacation apartments in Bansko since April 2004.

The Bunderitza is our first completed building - include 25 apartments, hotel area with 32 rooms, sauna, jacuzzi, lobby bar, Irish pub and tavern.

About Bell Tower 3

Our Complex is situated near to historic center of Bansko, famous for its excellent cuisine, variety of colorful taverns and the fantastic skiing conditions.

The Bell Tower Complex new modern Gondola Lift is less than 1400 meters from new modern Gondola Lift.

Our company started to build the vacation apartments in Bansko since April 2004. The Complex Bunderitza is our first completed project in Bansko. Banderitza is Apartment-Hotel and include 25 apartments, 32 four stars hotel rooms, sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, fitness, lobby bar, Irish pub and tavern in national stile Bachva.

Bell Tower 3 is third building from the Bell Tower Complex. First two developments have been completed and sold basically to the English customers. The completion date of Bell Tower 3 is September 2008. The view from the window is breathtaking toward Pirin Mountain and ski runs from one side and Rila Mountain from other side. Bell Tower 3 offers 29 one and two bedroom apartments, swimming pool, fitness center and sauna. These properties represent an ideal opportunity to take advantage of the increasing popularity of Bansko as both a winter and summer destination.
